MABALACAT CITY – Another scheduled power interruption lasting nine hours has been announced by the Pampanga Electric Cooperative II (Pelco 2) on Thursday.
In a Facebook post, Pelco II said the power interruption will be implemented on December 10 (Tuesday) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pelco II said this is due to the “construction of 69 kilovolt (KV) line from Barangay Mabiga to Barangay Sta. Maria Substation and operations and maintenance works and right of way clearing of lines.”
The Facebook post did not sit well with Mabalaqueňos.
As of press time, the Pelco II’s Facebook post garnered 248 comments and 726 shares.
The Fb post also got 317 reactions mostly angry and sad emojis.
