ANGELES CITY — It was all pinks and blues and eye-catching eye-candies during the Stylist’s Closet Fashion Presentation at the MarQuee Mall here over-the-weekend.
Hosted by Tim Yap and Phoemela Baranda, the fashion show featured off-the-rack apparels, shoes and accessories available at MarQuee Mall’s brands and merchants curated and handpicked by the renowned celebrity stylist, Pam Quiñones with Qurator Studio.
“We would like to present Stylist’s Closet as a fashion presentation and not a runway show, so we could bring fashion closer to everyone,” Yap said.
The show focused on four different fashion trends to match different moods and personalities of every fashionista and not limited to a one-style wardrobe, giving more room to explore the micro-trends.
The “pureness” trend sashayed first in monochrome looks of crisp and flowy white ensembles with added hues of blues as breaker.
The “maximalist” trend is a plethora of mix to miss and match between layers and patterns where more is plenty.
The “neutral” or natural trend gave a more casual everyday look in earth-tone colors while the “unpredictable” trend leaned more on edgy active wear for “athleisure ootd’s (outfit of the day).”
The local community models strutted their way with swag on the runway as the show was pumped up by the beat dished out by of one of the most in demand Philippine DJ – Katsy Lee.
Watch out for Stylist’s Closet fashion presentation and pop-up events in various Ayala Malls from July 4 to August 18.
