The most prestigious pageant in the City of San Fernando has begun as the 24 candidates of this year’s Mutya at Lakan ning San Fernando were introduced to the media on May 16, 2019 at SM Telabastagan.
With full grace and confidence, the candidates presented their video advocacies that include environment protection, strengthening of local products and revival of Fernandino culture and traditions.
They were given a chance to express and explain their advocacies before members of the press.
