OLONGAPO CITY – Movie actress Aiko Melendez filed a cyber libel case against Zambales Vice Gov. Angel Magsaysay- Cheng at the Office of Provincial Prosecutor this City.
The case stemmed from the vice governor’s post in her Facebook account accusing Melendez as “kabit” of Subic Mayor Jeff erson Khonghun.
Melendez is a girlfriend of Khonghun who is running against Magsaysay-Cheng.
Atty. Carlo Bonifacio Alentajan, lawyer of Melendez, said “may mga ebidensya kaming hawak tulad ng video at mga social media post ni Magsaysay na nagpapatunay na malisyoso ang mga pahayag nito sa kanyang facebook account”.
Magsaysay cannot be reached for comment as of presstime.
