DG 6745 / DG 6744 Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)-Davao-Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)
DG 6603 / DG 6604 Cebu-Dipolog-Cebu
DG 6573 / DG 6574 Cebu-Tacloban-Cebu
DG 6416 / DG 641`7 Cebu-Iloilo-Cebu
Affected passengers on the above-mentioned cancelled flights will be notified through contact details provided upon booking, and given further information about their flights. Guests who booked via travel agents or any other third parties are encouraged to check with them regarding flight schedule notifications.
They may take any of the following options:
1. Rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date, free of charge
2. Get a full refund
3. Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund
4. Re-route to or from alternate airports for travel within 30 days, subject to availability of seats
For passengers who opt to rebook, or avail of a refund or Travel Fund, they may manage their own booking through the “Manage Booking” section of the Cebu Pacific website (https://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight).
On top of that, affected passengers on the above-mentioned cancelled flights will receive a round-trip travel voucher which they can redeem for future flights.
We apologize for this inconvenience, and appeal for understanding as we continue to exert efforts to recover our operations.
