ANGELES CITY – The Courtyard and Sameera, two new projects of Xevera developer Delfin Lee in Pampanga, are expected “to bring back life this city and its business center.”

“It seems these places have slept for awhile,” said Lee in his speech yesterday during the groundbreaking of The Courtyard in Barangay Balibago, the premiere business district here.

Describing it as an “entertainment haven,” Lee said The Courtyard “will bring back energy and opportunity for many to do business.”

He said their project will sit on a 3,000-square meter land owned by the family of the late Mon Tang. He added it will have 64 stalls and offices.

Mon’s sons JR and Tim Tang represented their family during the groundbreaking.

Lee also led yesterday the groundbreaking of his “socialized housing project” in Barangay Sapa Libutad here.

He said Sameera “is for low-income workers” since each unit will only cost P2,700 per month through Pag-Ibig fund.

Sameera residents will enjoy prime amenities such as a 40-classroom school building, wet and dry market, basketball and badminton courts and a swimming pool, Lee said.

Sapa Libutad Barangay Captain Carlos Villapana expressed gratitude to Lee for the village’s new office at Sameera.

The low-cost project of Globe Asiatique sits on a 12-hectare property at the boundaries of Sapa Libutad and Barangay Tangle, Mexico.

Barangay Captain Jesus Dimacale also graced the occasion.
