HOMECOMING. After over four years in detention, real estate developer Delfin S. Lee comes home Monday to Xevera Mabalacat, one of his two flagship projects in Pampanga. The outpouring of emotions at the celebratory welcome he was accorded by the LGU led by Mayor Cris Garbo, the homeowners, and the students of the school he established at the subdivision moved the Globe Asiatique to near tears, vowing to build anew, to raise Xevera to heights of development as originally envisioned and that the homeowners deserve.
