OLONGAPO CITY – The Top 4 Most Wanted Person in San Marcelino, Zambales was arrested by joint operatives of the Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Station 1 of Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) and San Marcelino Municipal Police Station in Barangay Pag-Asa public market.
Under Oplan Galugad, Moises Oliva y Catchola, of Barangay San Rafael, San Marcelino, was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified rape under Article 266-A (2), in relation to Paragraph 6(3) of the Revised Penal Code issued by Judge Ma. Cristna J. Mendoza Pizarro of RTC Branch 73 Olongapo City.
In Barangay New Cabalan, under Oplan Paglalansag Omega, Pagtugis and Salikop joint operatives of Regional Intelligence Unit 3 and CIDG Zambales/Olongapo City arrested Angelo Giray y Nabacilla, 29, of Alateris Street of the said barangay.
Giray was issued an alias warrant of arrest by Judge Gemma Theresa B. Hilario-Logronio of RTC Branch 73, Olongapo City with no bail recommended.
Confiscated from the suspect were one unbranded .38 revolver (paltik) without serial number and three live ammos for .38.
