NATHALIE HART admits her Indian fiance’s take on her sexy image…..
“Very conservative sila, so medyo negative lang yung part na yun sa akin. But at the end of the day, tapos na yun, e. He met me tapos na, nandito na ako.”
Nathalie’s Indian beau Mayank Sharma belongs to a conservative family.
If before Mayank disaproves of Nathalie’s daring roles, the sexy actress assures her boyfriend that all she does is purely work.
“Siyempre hindi, negative siya. But the thing is, I never did porn! I just did acting. Siguro nagpakita lang ako ng skin. Pero I’ve never done anything wrong na magiging negative sa kanya.
“Lahat naman ng tao magiging negative kasi maraming conservative sa bansa natin. But at the end of the day, tapos na yun, e. He met me tapos na, nandito na ako.”
How about Mayanks family on her sexy image before?
“Hindi ko na kailangan malaman yun. Sa kanila na lang yun. So, sorry na lang po!”
Nathalie is scheduled to go to India with Mayank on September 28.
Immediately after that, they will proceed to Nathalie’s hometown in Australia for their wedding.
The soon to be couple will stay there until January 2019 after Nathalie gives birth to her first baby.
Natalie is five and a half months pregnant. Despite her booming career, the actress chose to keep her baby.
But for those who objects on her early pregnancy, she said….
“Thank you dahil gusto nila ako makita. Nagku-comment sila dahil alam nilang titigil na ako. Pero at the end of the day, everyone needs a private life, everyone needs support from someone. I’ve always wanted to have my own family, so para sa akin magkaroon ng anak, magkaroon ng asawa, it is one of my dreams to find that.
“Yung mga taong yun, hindi naman sila yung kasama ko every day in life. So para sa akin, nanghihinayang din ako, pero happy ako dahil hindi naman lahat nabibigyan ng anak, hindi lahat nabibigyan ng asawa.”
Nathalie thinks she found the right man.
“Tsaka happy ako kasi sobrang supportive yung asawa ko, in terms of emotional, mental, pati sa paggastos tinutulungan niya ako. Ganun siya, very hands on, kaya gusto ko rin siya. Yung iba walang pakialam. Ngayon, susunduin pa niya ako dito.”
Mayank stood by her despite their cultural differences.
“Wala siyang pakialam sa mga tao. Kung anong gusto niyang gawin, yun ang gagawin niya. Gusto ko yung ganun, hindi niya kailangan makinig sa pamilya niya, sa kaibigan nila. Strong yung decision-making niya.
ACTRESS Gwen Zamore is back via her current movie “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral” In this historical movie, she plays Remedios, one of Goyo’s love interests.
Goyo is played by GMA-turned-ABS-CBN actor Paulo Avelino.
According to Gwen, it is not the first time that she worked with Paulo for an acting project.
She recalls, “He was actually my first kissing scene in GMA, like 7 years ago. Parang I guested on his show and then, ayon.”
Gwen is referring to the 2011 afternoon drama series Alakdana, starring Paulo, Louise delos Reyes, and Alden Richards.
In the show, Gwen was cast as the ex-girlfriend of Paulo.
This time for Goyo, the 28-year-old actress said that she did not do any intimate or kissing scene with Paulo.
“Very short lang yung mga scenes namin together. There were all like glances and shared letters. It’s more of glances, that’s how they flirted or got to know each other. So lahat, parang tingin tingin lang. We didn’t have that many long dialogues. There’s just one big scene that you’ll see by the beach.”
How is Paulo as a co-star?
“He was very in the zone when we were working. Tahimik lang and he was always discussing with Direk Jerrold Tarog about his role, his character. He was always asking people’s opinion on how he should do it. He was very committed which is good because he really invested his all in this movie.”
Just like the actors chosen to play important roles in Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral, Gwen also went through an audition.
However, Gwen originally auditioned for another TBA-produced movie titled Bliss.
“I first auditioned for Bliss and then hindi ko nakuha but then Direk said, ‘I’ll keep you in mind to audition for something else.’
“And then he invited me to audition for Goyo. And then they gave me all the lines. E, di ba, olden Tagalog? So parang nag-hire pa ako ng Tagalog tutor just to help me go through the lines. I studied them by heart so when I got them I prepared. I was really committed and driven to get the role.”
Gwen revealed that her boyfriend Jeremy Marquez was one of the people who paved the way for her to get the role.
She recalled, “He is actually the one who helped me get this role because Direk Jerrold couldn’t get my number so Jerrold asked Cholo Barretto then Cholo asked Jeremy, ayun.”
While she knew that a lot of actress also tried out for the role, their identities were never divulged to her.
“They even covered all the pictures. They were really discreet about the audition. Siyempre if I know who else is auditioning, baka lalo akong ma-stress, di ba? I’d rather not know.”
Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral is now being screened in Philippine cinemas. What should moviegoers expect from the movie?
Gwen said, “Go there open-minded and willing to absorb it. Don’t go in comparing it agad to Heneral Luna.
“It’s a completely different character. It’s a completely different feel.”
