It’s all about big serving and international favorites – American, Korean, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese and Filipino dishes – in Brettos Prestige; it was no surprise during the opening event that my starter plate was only a prelude for the big feast that was to come. Quesadilla (beef, parmesan, Mozzarella and cheddar cheese served with Mexican style salsa and yogurt) and carbo overload with Tuna Melt (tuna flakes, tartar sauce, alfa alfa in ciabbata bread) and 4 Meat Ravioli (cream cheese, salami, chicken, beef, smoked ham served with Pomodoro sauce).
One of the best sellers is the Rib Eye Steak with Prawns (served with grilled corn and tomato with choice of mashed or roasted potato). Brettos Prestige is not one to ignore when it comes to dessert because they serve the yummiest Banana Split ice cream topped with cream and fresh fruits and Leche Flan (creamy custard Flan with slice of orange and vanilla ice cream).
