There’s so much to do and enjoy at The Lakeshore. It was evident and spot on during my visit to this sprawling 300 hectare community. It uniquely offers lifestyle living with a scenic and peaceful ambiance.
The only community in Pampanga which has an enchanting 12 hectare man made lake, ample recreation and sports facilities, lakeside jogging and biking trail, lighthouse view deck, parks and picnic grounds, homes and villas, pier decks and promenades, fishing and boating, swimming pool, Lakeshore tent and venues, restaurants, shops and gas station. Lakeshore has everything to go well with your lifestyle. Not to mention its astounding regular events, everyone is looking forward to, just like the recent open house themed as Fiestang Kapampangan, in cooperation with North Philippines Visitors Bureau (NPVB) and Pampanga Convention and Visitors Bureau (PCVB).
Fiestang Kapampangan truly created a traditional “fiesta” atmosphere in the area, participated by real estate brokers, buyers, Lakeshore homeowners, NPVB and PCVB officers and members, DOLE representatives and sponsors. Guests were given coconut buko juice as welcome drink, entertained by the magnificent performances of marching bands and enjoyed traditional Filipino games (basag palayok, sabitan,).
Lakeshore facilities like biking and boating were opened for free. There were a lot of participating PCVB members who showcased their products and services like Henna tattoo, nail art and flair tending exhibition by Republic Central College (RCC) and Candaba Ibon-Ebun dancers made colorful performances. Likewise, ukay ukay, watermelon and melon fruit stands, E-bikes, Mang Inasal and Apag Marangle made the event even more fun and exciting.
