The sacred relics and memorabilia of the popes from St. Peter to Pope Francis are on display at the Trade Hall located on the east wing of the mall.
Entitled, “An experience of heavenly glory,” the tour of sacred relics is an apostolate of the cause of canonization of the Blessed Ivan Merz in the Philippines and the most active and unique traveling religious exhibit in the country.
Pope John Paul II now Saint John Paul beatified Ivan Merz on June 22, 2003 and declared him as the Apostle of the Youth for his evangelical work and for helping institute Catholic action in war-torn Croatia.
Since October 2003, the tour of sacred relics visited homes, churches, schools, hospitals, social establishments and government institutions for free.
“Our mission is to bring the people closer to God through the solemn exposition and veneration of the sacred relics, primarily of the Blessed Ivan Merz, the Apostle of the Youth,” the organizers said.
