CLARK FREEPORT – While fiscal incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy (CREATE MORE) Act are available across investment promotion agencies, Clark sets itself apart through seamless facilitation and investor care.
Thus, Clark Development Corp. president and CEO Agnes VST Devanadera emphasized at Luzon Economic Corridor Incentives Forum held on Sept. 10-11 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.
Devanadera presented Clark’s signature red carpet services, including automatic permit renewals, real-time import and export clearances, a one-stop shop for business requirements, and access to a talent pipeline from 29 educational institutions.

She noted that Clark’s competitive edge lies not only in attracting investors but, more importantly, in retaining them, enabling semiconductor and technology companies to expand within the Freeport’s established industrial ecosystem.
For projects under the Luzon Economic Corridor, these investor-focused measures evolve into “ultra red carpet services,” reflecting Clark’s commitment to supporting investors from entry to expansion and long-term growth.
Moderated by Department of Finance Undersecretary Ma. Angela Ignacio, the forum also featured Department of Finance Assistant Secretary Juvy Danofrata, Philippine Economic Zone Authority Director General Tereso Panga, and Philippine Board of Investments Director Sandra Marie Recolizado, who discussed how CREATE MORE incentives and streamlined facilitation measures are driving industrial development and investment across the corridor.
