CLARK FREEPORT — From hosting international conferences to welcoming travelers from across the globe, Clark continues to rise as one of the country’s premier tourism and business hubs and now, the world is taking notice once again.

Clark has officially been nominated for the prestigious World Travel Awards category “Asia’s Leading Meetings & Conference Destination 2026,” placing the freeport alongside some of the region’s top destinations for global events and conventions.

The nomination comes as another milestone for Clark, which was recently named “Destination of the Year” by Punto Central Luzon, recognizing the freeport’s remarkable transformation into a thriving center for tourism, leisure, investment, and international gatherings.

Dubbed as “a freeport like no other,” Clark highlights its world-class infrastructure, accessibility, leisure attractions, and growing reputation as a venue for major global events.

The recognition also builds on Clark’s previous victory at the 2025 World Travel Awards, where it was honored as “Asia’s Leading Meetings and Conference Destination for Asia and Oceania,” affirming its status as a competitive player in the international tourism and events industry.

Tourism stakeholders, business leaders, and local supporters are now encouraging the public to rally behind Clark and help secure another international title by casting their votes online. Voting is open through the official website www.worldtravelawards.com.
