“I am bringing Burnham Park to Bagac,” said Amando Fajardo, owner of Fajardo’s Beach Resort and president of the Bagac Beach Resort Owners Association.
He said that bancas will be available where families can enjoy boat-riding along the wide pond. “After boat-riding, visitors can order fried or roasted mudfish or tilapia which are delicious because the fish are raised in brackish water,” he said.
Fajardo said mudfish, tilapia and even crabs and milkfish will be cultivated right in the pond where a restaurant is undergoing construction. He said that fresh buko will also be available.
“I am inviting everyone to come and enjoy not only the beach but even the lagoon and restaurant that will prepare fish of the cuisine of their choice,” he said. It will be operational between January and February next year.
It has wide parking spaces separate from nearby Fajardo’s Beach Resort which sits at a sandy beach adjacent to the West Philippines Sea.
