Radisson Hotel Group Reinforces Commitment to the Philippines with Robust Pipeline and New Projects

Radisson Hotel Group continues to strengthen its presence in the Philippines, one of the Group’s key growth markets in Southeast Asia-Pacific. The Philippines now accounts for 35% of Radisson Hotel Group’s growth across the region, underscoring the market’s importance to the Group’s long-term strategy and its confidence in the country’s tourism outlook.

 

 

It has signed Radisson Hotel and Serviced Apartments Clark, Philippines (opening in 2027 with 252 rooms), located in Clark, just seven km (around a 12-minute drive) from Clark International Airport. In Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson Fairview, Philippines (opening in 2028 with 151 rooms) will be located in the Fairview neighborhood of Quezon City, the largest city in Metro Manila by population and land area. In Northern Luzon, Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, Philippines (opening in 2028 with 151 rooms), will be located in the capital of Ilocos Norte, a destination known for its heritage and strong cultural identity.

Today, Radisson Hotel Group operates seven hotels in the Philippines and has 18 properties under development, reflecting sustained momentum across both established hubs and emerging destinations.

 

 

Among these is Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan, with its groundbreaking ceremony already completed, marking another step in the Group’s expansion in Cebu and the growth of its lifestyle portfolio nationwide. The Group has also continued to expand its resort footprint with the recent signing and opening of LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, the Group’s first Radisson Individuals Premier property in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

 

The Group will also introduce its first Radisson RED hotel in the Philippines, with the upcoming opening of Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue in early 2026. A bold lifestyle brand, Radisson RED brings a more playful, design-led approach to hospitality, blending contemporary social spaces, locally inspired touches, and tech-forward convenience for modern travelers, from business guests to weekend explorers.

Looking ahead, Radisson Hotel Group remains focused on disciplined growth through the right brand and format mix across gateways, city centers, and high-potential secondary locations, with conversions continuing to play a key role in accelerating speed-to-market.
