The launch was attended by key leaders of JDN Realty Group: President and CEO Aaron Montenegro, Chairman Arni Valdez, tenant representative Michael Tieng of Sole Avenue and representatives from the Angeles City government.
Montenegro highlighted the communitydriven purpose behind the development, noting,

Chairman Arni Valdez shared how the idea behind the Quad evolved into a fully realized destination.

He recalled how their resident architect quickly developed initial sketches, even inspiring a naming contest before the team ultimately adopted the community’s colloquial term: Nepo Quad or Quad Nepo Center.
“And so, the rest is history,” he added, noting that the goal has always been to highlight the best of Angeles and Kapampangan cuisine and culture while continuously adapting to changing times,” Valdez said.
Representing Mayor Jon Lazatin II, Angeles City Information Officer Jay Pelayo IV emphasized how the development strengthens both the city’s identity and cultural continuum.
He commended JDN Realty for investing in projects that resonate with the community’s history while shaping its future, noting how Nepo Center has long been woven into Angelenos’ shared experiences, from its early days as the Nepo Quadrangle, a favorite gathering place, to its role as a venue for meaningful civic and cultural events.
