MANILA – Proudly Kapampangan-made Pidayit by Philip Dizon Torres makes history itself at the historic first-ever Philippine Women’s Open on Jan. 30 here as it ascended the victory podium with doubles champion Eudice Chong of Hong Kong and En-Shuo Liang of Chinese Taipei. “As a measure of our gratitude and appreciation for being an important part of the historic first-ever Philippine Women’s Open, we offer you this bolero design of traditional Filipino wear to always remind you of what you accomplished here in Manila,” announced the program host during the awarding ceremonies.

Pidayit by Philip Dizon Torres celebrates Filipino heritage, advocates sustainability, and is proudly worn by empowered women in government, politics, diplomacy, business, diplomacy, and now even sports.
