CLARK FREEPORT – “A Fellowship of Emerging Leaders for Community Building” premiered at the Discuss Widus media forum of the Central Luzon Media Association-Pampanga Chapter at Hotel Widus here on Jan. 29.
Officially the Pampanga Business Circle (PBC), the informal fellowship of leaders from various industries is “dedicated to the exchange of ideas, inspiration, sharing of best practices, mentoring, advocacy for development and progress, and mentorship for community building.”

PBC serves as a platform for dialogue and collaboration in promoting good and effective public and private governance, infrastructure and business development, socio-economic development, and good politics, with the common goal of contributing to the sustainable growth and progress of Pampanga and Central Luzon.
A core mission of the PBC is to provide training for young and emerging sectoral leaders, providing them with opportunities for mentorship, leadership formation, policy engagement, and practical exposure in becoming effective advocates for community building and good citizenship.

PBC is non-partisan, collegial, and values ethical leadership, mutual respect, and constructive public discourse.
Being collegial, rather than hierarchical in structure, leadership in the PBC is exercised by co-equal fellows in-charge of respective entrepreneural or business sectors coordinated by a fellowship director.

Presenting the PBC, its vision and mission at the Pampanga 2026 Business Prospects and Projections discussions during the Discuss Widus forum were its fellows, namely Rene G. Romero, chairman-CEO of Romac Group; Macky Nicdao, fournder of One Pampanga; Chie Basco, chief of Epic Events Production; Chef Felix Asuncion, COO of ADM Catering; KG Magtoto, owner of Crabs and Crack-Tarlac; and Michelle Montemayor of event organizer Mich Events at Work.
