CLARK FREEPORT – Delegations from the municipal governments of Sampaloc and Calauag in Quezon province and the Provincial Government of Batangas paid official visits to the Clark Development Corp. to learn from Clark’s best practices. The activity included a tour of CDC’s Business One‑Stop Shop, which showcases streamlined processes and coordinated service systems designed to enhance ease of doing business.
Under the leadership of CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, Clark has continued to serve as a model for local government units seeking to improve administrative efficiency and effective service delivery.

The delegation from Sampaloc also engaged with the CDC Communications Division in a separate learning session focused on CDC’s strategic communication practices, creative production, social media engagement, and information management—highlighting how Clark shares its expertise beyond business operations to strengthen institutional communication.

While the Calauag LGU led by Vice Mayor Leah Dela Cruz conducted a benchmarking visit in the freeport to learn from Clark’s operational systems and governance innovations.

The third group comprised barangay captains from the Solid Upland Cluster of Batangas City, who likewise joined the benchmarking activity to gain insights into Clark’s governance and service delivery practices. CDC-PR
