ACPO, QCPD, AND MPD JOINT OPERATION LEADS TO THE ARREST OF ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE SUSPECT

Angeles City – The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, City Director, successfully apprehended a suspect for Robbery with Homicide, in a Joint Law Enforcement Operations this year as the CIDU-QCPD lead Unit together with PS3 MPD, CIU Angeles City, Police Station 4 Angeles City, Local Government Unit of the Angeles City and the community.

At around 3:00 AM, combined operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District (CIDU-QCPD) led unit, together with personnel from PS-3, Manila Police District (MPD), CIU and Police Station 4 of Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), served a Warrant of Arrest against the accused, known by the alias “Bote”, in connection with the killing of a Korean National.

PCOL VILLAROSA JR, expressed his gratitude to the CIDU-Quezon City Police District, Manila Police District and his team for their relentless pursuit of justice, underscoring that this accomplishment was the product of strong collaboration. He highlighted the vital support of Angeles City Mayor, HON. CARMELO “Jon” B. LAZATIN II, stating, “We could not have accomplished this swiftly without the guidance and resources provided by Mayor “Jon” LAZATIN II. His commitment to public safety has been instrumental in our pursuit of justice.”

The successful capture was met with relief and gratitude from the Korean Embassy and the Korean Community in Central Luzon, who conveyed their heartfelt thanks to Mayor Lazatin II and the entire police force for their unwavering dedication to ensuring the safety of all residents, regardless of nationality.”

The warrant was issued by HON. RAMON CORAZON PATI BLANCO, Presiding Judge of Branch 115, Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice, Angeles City, under Criminal Case Number R-ANG-25-02552-CR, for the crime of Robbery with Homicide as defined under Article 294 of the Revised Penal Code. The warrant carried a No Bail Recommended status due to the gravity of the offense.

PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, lauded the collaborative efforts of all participating units, emphasizing that “This operation reflects the strength of inter-agency coordination and our relentless commitment to bring criminals to justice, regardless of where they attempt to evade the law.”
