Pilmico’s Tarlac Meatmasters Becomes the Philippines’ First Multi-Meat Facility with Triple AAA Accreditation

Tarlac Meatmasters, the triple A-accredited meat cutting facility of Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation (Pilmico) located in Bamban Tarlac is the only multi-meat establishment in the Philippines to receive a Triple AAA rating from the NMIS.

Bamban, Tarlac | — Tarlac Meatmasters, a state-of-the-art meat processing facility under Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation (Pilmico), has become the first multi-meat establishment in the Philippines to earn Triple A (AAA) accreditation in three categories from the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS). This historic achievement underscores the facility’s leadership in food safety, quality, and innovation within the country’s meat industry.

Tarlac Meatmaster’s Cold Storage Warehouse was recently upgraded from AA to the highest AAA rating on August 19, 2025. This follows its earlier AAA accreditations for the Slaughterhouse (2021) and Meat Cutting Plant (2023), making Tarlac Meatmasters the first and only facility in the Philippines to hold AAA status across all three categories.

The prestigious AAA license is awarded to meat establishments that meet stringent international food safety standards and are certified under Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols. This accreditation enables the facility’s products to meet the highest quality benchmarks, ready to serve both local and global markets.

Established in 2020, Tarlac Meatmasters has quickly made its mark as a state-of-the-art meat processing facility.
