CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Provincial Government of Pampanga, in partnership with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, distributed free hearing aids and aftercare services to 256 beneficiaries during a hearing aid mission held at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.

Among the beneficiaries is 78-year-old Linda Muli  of Floridablanca, who has been bedridden for 18 years due to multiple sclerosis and has also lost much of her hearing. Her daughter, Habigail, shared that the family once tried to inquire about a hearing aid, but the cost of more than ₱100,000 was beyond their reach.

“We are truly grateful for this program. My mother can now hear again,” Habigail Cruz said.

Second District Board Member Fritzie David-Dizon and Fourth District Board Member Kaye Naguit emphasized that the initiative plays a vital role in extending health and social services to Kapampangans who cannot afford such devices.

The Provincial Government under the leadership of Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda assured that it will continue collaborating with organizations and foundations to bring quality healthcare programs closer to Kapampangans, particularly those who need it the most.
