CAPAS, Tarlac (PIA) — The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) awarded a land title covering 6,308 square meters to Gabaldon Elementary School in Capas, Tarlac.
The land patent was personally turned over by DENR Tarlac provincial head Jowell Dellosa and DENR Capas community head Isagani Manalili to School Principal Benigno Ramos.
DENR Regional Executive Director Ralph Pablo said the initiative forms part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to prioritize land titling for public institutions and facilities to promote institutional stability, proper land use, and long-term development planning.
“This initiative reflects DENR’s unwavering support for education. By securing land titles for public schools, we are not only protecting government assets but we are also investing in the future of Filipino learners. Capas Gabaldon Elementary School now stands on land that is legally and rightfully theirs,” he added.
