“This launch in Barangay Bangkal marks the beginning of sustained and intensified Coast Guard presence and community support in the area. It also reaffirms the agency’s dedication to inclusive service, maritime safety, and proactive humanitarian engagement, all in line with the mission to serve and uplift the lives of Filipinos—leaving no one behind,” he emphasized.
