42-hectare parcel handed over as Aboitiz InfraCapital accelerates development of Central Luzon’s newest industrial growth center
Tarlac City, Philippines — Just a year after its launch, TARI Estate—the newest industrial-anchored development by Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates—has reached a major milestone with the formal turnover of a 42-hectare parcel to its anchor locator. This marks the estate’s first lot handover and reflects the growing interest in this strategically located development in Central Luzon.
This early turnover demonstrates both investor confidence and the estate’s accelerated pace of development. As of May 2025, site development for Phase 1 has reached 89% completion, enabling Aboitiz InfraCapital to begin handing over sold lots so locators can commence construction.
“We are proud to deliver on our promise to build with speed, purpose, and precision,” said Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, Head of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates. “What we’re creating in TARI is more than an industrial estate—it’s a complete platform for business growth, designed to support large-scale operations and generate meaningful economic activity for the region.”
The anchor locator’s upcoming facility, spanning 42 hectares, is one of the largest industrial commitments in the estate to date. It is expected to create hundreds of direct jobs and attract complementary industries, setting the tone for TARI Estate’s role in shaping the next phase of industrial development in Tarlac.

TARI Estate’s location at the crossroads of TPLEX, SCTEX, and CLLEX provides direct access to Luzon’s key logistics corridors, while its proximity to Clark International Airport and major ports enhances its position as a logistics and manufacturing hub. Supported by the wider Aboitiz group’s infrastructure network—including AboitizPower, Aboitiz InfraCapital Water, Aboitiz Construction, Aboitiz Land, and UnionBank—TARI offers a complete and reliable business environment.
With 60 hectares sold to date, representing 74% of available Phase 1 inventory, TARI Estate is fast becoming one of the most sought-after industrial estates north of Metro Manila. The estate is also PEZA-registered and ready-to-build, making it an attractive choice for locators looking to scale quickly and efficiently.
Upon full development, TARI Estate is projected to generate over 60,000 jobs and significantly contribute to regional progress—reinforcing Aboitiz InfraCapital’s vision of enabling thriving economic centers across the country.
