CDC Welcomes Renewal of CWC’s Wastewater Discharge Permit, Enhancing Environmental Stewardship

CLARK FREEPORT — Reaffirming its commitment to environmental stewardship, Clark Development Corporation (CDC) welcomes the renewal of Clark Water Corporation’s (CWC) Wastewater Discharge Permit by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources—Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) Region 3. Valid until February 4, 2026, this permit authorizes the controlled discharge of treated wastewater, up to a maximum daily volume of 27,000 cubic meters, into the Dolores Creek.
