New members of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas in Bataan take oath

BALANGA City, Bataan: Gov. Jose Enrique Garcia 3rd led new members of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) in the province  in mass oath-taking held in simple ceremonies at the newly-opened Bataan Tourism Pavilion in Balanga City Friday. 

The mass oath-taking took place a few days before the filing of Certificates of Candidacy. Candidates for the May 2025 elections are given by the Commission on Elections from October 1 to 8, 2024 to file their CoC. 

The new members took their oath before South Cotabato Gov. Reynaldo Tamayo, Jr., president of PFP which is chaired by no less than President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.

Taking their oath were Vice Gov. Cris Garcia, Orion Mayor Antonio Raymundo, president of the Bataan League of Municipalities; Abucay Mayor Robin Tagle, Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia, Samal Mayor Alex Acuzar and Limay Mayor Nelson David.

Also pledging as new members were Provincial Board members in three districts and some incumbent vice mayors, municipal and city  councilors (including some new candidates in the 2025 elections) in 11 towns and a city, among some others. (30)
