CLARK FREEPORT – The Clark Development Corp. has signed a lease agreement with Prodigy Maguire Concepts, Inc. (PMCI) for P134.5-million premium retail center featuring global brands, including a Nike Factory Store (NFS).

“We believe that when you raise the bar of standards, you will find your niche in the market. You don’t need to be very rich to enjoy quality products. Thank you for choosing Clark,” said CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera during the signing of the lease agreement with PMCI president Christian Monteron.

She noted that the project, to be sited on a 2,500-square-meter site along M.A. Roxas Highway, will bolster Clark’s appeal as key shopping and tourism hub, attracting more visitors and boosting the local economy.

PMCI business unit head Rochelle Teresa Dizon said the construction of the project is set to begin in October, with completion targeted for April 2025.

“Our vision is to make Clark a premier destination and this aligns with the Clark Development Corp.’s goals of enhancing community engagement and driving tourism and economic growth,” Dizon said.

Established in 2009, the PMCI is Nike’s exclusive partner in the Philippines for the NFS format.  It currently operates six NFS stores across Luzon and Visayas. CDC-PR
