ANGELES CITY – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Pampanga arrested three Chinese nationals and seized P3,400,000-worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation at around 10:50 p.m., July 1, at the Shanghai Building in Barangay Balibago here.
PDEA Pampanga identified those arrested as Bin Da, 23; Hei Xiao, 21; and Gua Xiao, 20, all residents of Shanghai Building.
Aside from the 500 grams of shabu, authorities also recovered from the suspects seven assorted touch-screen cellular phones, two car keys, and the marked money amounting to P,000 used by the poseur-buyer in buying shabu from the suspects.
PDEA said it took a month for them to arrange a drug deal with the suspects as “they were extremely circumspect.”
The suspects face charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to Section 26B (Conspiracy to sell drugs) of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drugs Act) which are without bail.
