Thus, Mayor Crisostomo Garbo reminded job order (JO) workers that their employment with the city government is not all about the pay they receive but involves dedication to public service.
Speaking during Monday’s flag rites, the mayor cautioned the city government work force against individuals attempting to instill a sense of victim mentality or feelings of being underappreciated among the staff.
Kawawa naman yung talagang nagtatrabaho,” lamented Garbo, even as he underscored the importance of monitoring all JO personnel within the local government unit to ensure the efficient delivery of services to the Mabalaqueños.
He stressed that it is essential for JOs to approach their roles with dedication and a strong sense of commitment to public service.
