LIMAY, Bataan: Police arrested nine suspected drug peddlers and confiscated P400,000 – worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Kitang here Monday.
In a report submitted by Limay police chief Major Dennis Duran to Bataan police director Col. Palmer Tria, the operating team seized 12 sachets of shabu, weighing more or less 60 grams with standard drug price of P400,000, and drug paraphernalia.
The operation was conducted by personnel of the Bataan police provincial drug enforcement unit, Limay municipal police station and 2nd provincial mobile force company.
The arrested suspects are now under the custody of Limay MPS and will face charges for violations of Sec. 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 Art. II of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act).
