Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid, head of Subic PNP, said a Helmer Cac, 38, resident of the said village was arrested during the operation in his residence along with seven others identified as Jaizel Mae De Dios, 19; Jessa Mae Dikit, 18; Bernadette Peñalosa, 26; Remalyn Advincula, 30; Christine Alog, 25, all residents of Sitio Baltao, Barangay Calapandayan; Bernard Bolaño, 26, resident of Barangay Calapacuan; and Aldrin Eclevia and Benzar Gravina, both 18, residents of Barangay Baretto, Olongapo City.
Seized from Cac’s possession were 10 pieces of heatsealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu found inside one black leather wallet, and two pieces of P100 marked money, one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu which served as the buy-bust item, and assorted drug paraphernalia.
All suspects are facing charges before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Olongapo City for violation of Sections 5, 6, 7, and 11, Article II of R.A. 9165.
