SUBIC, Zambales – A buy-bust operation resulted to the arrest of four suspects, the confiscation of suspected shabu, and the dismantling of a drug den in Barangay Matain here on Aug. 17.
PDEA Zambales Provincial Office identified the suspects as Jayson Minguito y Gaylan, 36, the suspected maintainer of the drug den of Salang St., Sitio Aplaya, Purok 1, Barangay Matain; Alvin Eclevia y Chang, 51, of Barangay Barretto, and Adrian Viray y Andong, 29, of Barangay Sta. Rita, both in Olongapo City; and Reggie Español y Miranda, 39, of Barangay Calapacuan, Subic.
Nine sachets of shabu worth P 61,200, assorted sniffing paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money were confiscated during the sting operation conducted by combined elements of PDEA-Zambales, PDEA Subic Interdiction Unit and Subic Police Station.
The suspects are now detained at the PDEA Regional Office III Jail Facility facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Photos: PDEA
