4 nabbed selling shabu

    SUBIC, Zambales — Four suspected drug pushers were arrested by operatives of Zambales PNP in separate drug operations in this town and in Castillejos, all in Zambales province.

    Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid, head of Subic PNP, identifi ed the suspects as Jocelyn Bitancor y Borja, 39, and Robert Laag y Flippin, 56, both residents of Barangay Calapacuan, Subic town and Jake Guerrero y Moreno, 20, resident of Purok 1, Abra Street, Barangay Barretto, Olongapo City.

    The suspects were arrested in the act of selling a sachet of shabu worth P300 to a police poseur-buyer.

    Recovered from the suspects were another three plastic sachets of shabu.

    In Castillejos, police headed by Chief Inspector Pancho Double arrested suspect Mylo Ramirez y Veduya, 44, resident of Purok 5, Barangay San Pablo.

    Confiscated from the suspect were two pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected granules of shabu and the P500 marked money.

    The suspects are all facing charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 before the Zambales Provincial Prosecutors Office.
