SUBIC, Zambales – Law enforcers from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Zambales and the Subic town police swooped down a makeshift drug den and arrested the drug den operator and three others following an entrapment operation on Sunday.
The arrests came after an entrapment operation at Purok 6B, Muslim Area in Barangay Calapacuan here, where a police poseur-buyer was able to a buy sachet of shabu worth P500.
Police identified the suspects as the alleged drug den maintainer Hajiraya Ibnohali y Saral @Ajing, 48, of Purok 6B, Calapacuan; Sheila Gatos y Small @Dimple, 33, of 12th St. New Kalalake, Olongapo City; Rita Garcia y Sibayan, 33, of #32 Upper Kalaklan, Olongapo City; and Rocky Arpilleda y Cabasal, 35, of Upper Kalaklan, Olongapo City.
Confiscated from the suspects were four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 13 grams amounting to P89,700, assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money.
The suspects now face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
