IBA, Zambales — Elements of the provincial police office arrested on Monday three frustrated murder suspects listed as most wanted persons in Zambales.
Zambales police director Col. Fitz A Macariola identified the suspects as Andres Chavez Zamora Jr., 38, Francis Valdez Fontillas, 30, and Roar Cordita Esparago, 34, of Barangay Wawandue Subic, Zambales.
The trio were served with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Raymond C. Viray of RTC Branch 75, Olongapo City on March 1, 2017 for frustrated murder with recommended bail of P200,000 for each suspect.
The arrests were conducted by elements of the provincial intelligence unit headed by Major Beverly V. Allapitan together with Subic police headed by Major Noel Sitjar, and Lt. Randy L. Pascasio of 305th maneuver company
All three Suspects are detained at the Subic Municipal Police detention cell.
