SUBIC, Zambales — Three suspects were arrested inside a makeshift drug den and some P95,200 worth of shabu was seized during a buy-bust operation in Purok 3, Barangay Matain here at dawn of Feb. 8.
PDEA Zambales identified the arrested suspects as alleged drug den maintainer Lowie Delos Santos y Adriano aka Mar, 38, of Purok 3, Barangay Matain; Shaira Abellano, 27, of Barangay East Dirita, and Fernando Dela Cruz y Butardo, 32, of Barangay West Dirita both in San Antonio, Zambales.
Authorities recovered four transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 14 grams of shabu amounting to P95,200, assorted drug and sniffing paraphernalia and the buy-bust money.
The raid was conducted by the combined elements of PDEA Zambales, operatives of Zambales Police Provincial Office and Subic Municipal Police Station.
All suspects now face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
