BONGABON, Nueva Ecija – Three suspected drugdealers were arrested while P120,000 worth of shabu were seized in a buy–bust operation in Barangay Mantile here at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Nueva Ecija police director Col. Marvin Joe Saroidentified the suspects as Ryan Tejoco, 39, of Poblacion, Science City of Munoz; Julius Danipog, 29, of Barangay Rizal here; and Christian Tan, 40, of Barangay Calaocan, San Jose City.
Saro said the buy-bust operation was conducted by operatives from San Jose City and Bongabon police stations upon validation of intelligence report on thesuspects’ activities.
Four packs of suspected shabu weighing 48 grams with an estimated value of P120,000 were confiscated from the suspects, he said.
Police also recovered the P3,000 boodle and P1,000 genuine bills used in the buy-bust.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act were filed against the three who were locked at the police detention facility.
