SUBIC, Zambales —Three suspected pushers were arrested by Subic PNP in a buybust operation at Bracero St., in Barangay Calapacuan here Thursday morning.
Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspects as Richard Custodio y Lat, 32, of Sitio Baltao, Barangay Calapandayan, Subic town; Manny Torres y Rodriguez, 44, of Pangasinan St., Barrio Barretto, Olongapo City; and John Joel Quindara y Reguindin, 32, of Barangay San Pablo, Castilejos, Zambales.
The suspects were arrested while selling shabu worth P300 to police a poseur-buyer. Recovered from them were three small heat sealed plastic transparent sachets of shabu and the marked money.
The three are now facing charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Offi ce in Olongapo City.
