LUBAO, Pampanga – Two suspects in a string of robberies of Alfamart
convenience store branches around Pampanga were arrested on Aug. 3 by the
local police station here led by chief of police Lt. Col. Julius Javier.
The suspects were identified as Arvie Villareal y Alenia and Mariano Piring y
Diego, both of legal age and residents of Sampaguita St., Purok 5, Barangay San
Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando.
Javier said the suspects were collared after robbing an Alfamart convenience
store in Barangay San Antonio, this municipality.
After thorough investigation, the police found out that the two arrested
individuals were also linked to various akyat-bahay incidents and Alfamart break-
ins in the province.
Appropriate charges are being prepared against the suspects.
