SUBIC, Zambales –Two drug pushers were arrested by operatives of Subic Drug Enforcement Unit in the act of selling shabu to a police poseur-buyer at Purok 6B Barangay Calapacuan of this town.
Chief Inspector Joan Sibayan, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspects as Rhey Tamayo y Ijaini, 24, and Junior Balani y Rosal, 25, boths resident of the said place.
Recovered from the suspects were eight small heatsealed plastic transparent sachets containing suspected shabu and the P500 bill marked money.
Both suspects were lock up in jail facing charges for violation of Section 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165. (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Olongapo City.
