OLONGAPO CITY — Two suspected pushers in the drug watchlist of the Olongapo City PNP were arrested in a buy–bust operation in Barangay Barretto here.
Major Joven John Camarao, Police Station 6 commander, identified the suspects as Dave Santiago y Acena, 46, and Wilfredo Lague y Baguios, 31, both residents of Gabaya Street, Barangay Barretto.
The two were arrested in the act of selling a transparent plastic sachet of shabu amounting to P500 to anundercover agent along Nueva Ecija Street, Barangay Barretto.
Recovered from the suspects were six transparent plastic sachets of shabu weighing 0.189 grams with market value of P1,800 and the marked money.
The suspects are detained at Police Station 6 custodial facilities facing charges for violation of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002).
