Chief Inspector Joan Sibayan, head of Subic Police Station, identified the suspect as Ritchie Reyes y Baquilad, aka Bot-Bot, of Purok 3, Barangay Calapacuan, Subic.
The suspect was arrested while selling shabu to a police poseur-buyer and recovered from his possession were the P500 marked money and seven transparent plastic sachets of shabu. In San Marcelino, police headed by Chief Inspector Richard Fortaleza arrested Paul Joseph Villanueva, aka Bentong, 20, of Barangay Burgos while creating trouble at Noni’s Lechon Manok Canteen.
Report said the suspect tried to escape upon seeing the police authorities but was cornered. While on their way to the police station, the suspect brought out a P500 bill and uttered “mga boss pang-inom nyo yan, pauwiin nyo na lang ako sa bahay”.
During body search at the station, police recovered from the suspect two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of shabu.
Villanueva now faces chargesfor violation of Section 11, Article ll of RA 9165, Resistance and Disobedience Upon Agent of Person in Authority and violation of Article 212 of the Revise Penal Code (Corruption of a Public Officials) before the Zambales Prosecutor’s Office.
