MARIVELES, Bataan – A rider was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle in a barangay here Sunday afternoon.
Lt. Col. Emelito M. dela Cruz, Mariveles police chief, said victim Naldie Tagra, 47, resident of Limay, Bataan was rushed to the Maheseco Hospital in Mariveles for treatment of head and body injuries.
The other rider, Elmar Batac, 41, of Barangay Mt. View in Mariveles, was unhurt. Dela Cruz reported to Col. Romell Velasco, Bataan police director, that Tagra was traveling towards the direction of Mt. View when the other motorcycle coming from behind suddenly hit and bumped the rear portion of the victim’s motorcycle.
The impact caused Tagra to be thrown out of his motorcycle and hit the concrete pavement.
The chief of police said investigation was still going on.
