The Peninsula Electric Cooperative (PEC) said early advisories have been issued on power interruptions from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 19 as these would affect not only business establishments, but also the Bataan Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospital, Isaac and Catalina Medical Center, and the state-run Bataan General Hospital in the city.
On Friday, the power interruption would last longer from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., affecting other parts of Balanga.

PEC named the significant sites to be affected by the power outage on Friday as the provincial Capitol compound, the city hall, the Balanga City Water District, the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) Main and Balanga campuses, and the Camp Cirilo Tolentino headquarters of the provincial police.
