SAMAL, Bataan- The Philippine Information Agency announced on Tuesday that per initial report of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, there were 16 houses totally damaged and 84 houses partially damaged in some areas in Bataan.
The affected houses caused by the wrath of super typhoon Uwan are in Hermosa, Samal, Orion, Limay and Dinalupihan.
The houses were either damaged by the strong wind or hit by fallen trees.
In Barangay Imelda in Samal, Bataan on Wednesday, some members of the Sangguniang Barangay composed of Kagawad Mario Esplana Jr, Virgilio Dela Cruz, Leinomer Zulueta and Alvin Aragon were assessing the damage wrought by the typhoon.

Kagawad Esplana even inspected one of the houses heavily damaged by Uwan.
Analyn Quiambao said they slept in the house of her brother Sunday night. “Malakas ang hangin. Wala na bubong ng bahay namin. Hindi na namin mahanap ibang yero.”
She appealed to government “Gusto ko po sana maipagawa ang bahay namin para may matulugan kami. (30)
