ANGELES CITY – A total of 1,320 employees at the City Hall – 872 permanent; 343 casual; and 15 contractual – received their ₱5,000 Productivity Enhancement Incentive bonus on December 14, 2022.
This is the third incentive released for the employees since November, as per Memorandum No. 1385 ordered by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.
Among the cash incentives released are the year-end bonus last November 15; and ₱3,000 year-end gratuity of 3,100 Contract of Service employees last Dec. 7.
Apart from these cash bonuses, the 1,320 employees are set to receive two more cash incentives of ₱6,000 for the Service Recognition Incentive and ₱6,000 for the Collective Negotiation Agreement.
Flordeliza Santos, president of the Association of Government Employees for a New Dynamic Angeles City (AGENDA), said the administration of Mayor Lazatin continues to look out for the welfare of the employees.
“The release of the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) is very timely.
Aside from the cash incentives, Santos underscored the efforts and dedication of the administration in prioritizing the welfare of the employees, even of their families, also mentioning the 10 kilograms of rice subsidy and hams given to the employees.
