CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga (PIA) — Police Regional Office III (PRO 3) recognized its best personnel and units as part of the 121st Police Service Anniversary celebration.
During the awarding ceremony at Camp Olivas, Philippine National Police Chief PGen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. lauded the Central Luzon police for efficiently performing their duty of serving and protecting the people.
“Guided by the peace and security framework dubbed “Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan, tungo sa Kaunlaran”, let us continue to stand in solidarity as we work together for the full realization of the government’s aspiration of a safer, peaceful, more progressive and stronger equitable society. The fulfilment of our mission is because of your dedication to the service, self-discipline, and concern for others,” he said.
Azurin also encouraged police personnel to reaffirm their commitment in serving, and focus on performing their responsibilities especially now that they have the daunting task of eradicating illegal drugs.
Personnel who were recognized include PCol. Fitz Macariola as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration, PCol. Wilson Delos Santos as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Operations, PMaj. Michelle Paulino as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration, and PMaj. Karl Marlo Sanchez as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Operations.
PRO 3 also awarded its best non-commissioned officers namely PEMS Rosalie Mananguit as Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Administration, PSMS Noel Velonza as Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Operations, PSSg Angelique Gultiano as Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Administration, and PSSg Jimson Laguardia as Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Operations.
The police force also hailed its best non-uniformed personnel including NUP Gaudencla Nicdao as Best Non-Uniformed Personnel in Supervisory Level, and NUP Leah Joy De Guzman as Best Non-uniformed Personnel in Non-Supervisory Level.
For the unit awardees, Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (PPO) got the Best PPO, Olongapo City Police Office (CPO) as Best CPO, Tarlac City Police Station (CPS) as Best Component CPS, Mexico Municipal Police Station (MPS) as Best MPS, and Police Station 4 of Angeles CPO as Best City Police Station.
Apart from these, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) 3 received the Best RMFB award, Nueva Ecija 1 Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) got the Best PMFC, and the Olongapo City Mobile Force Company (CMFC) was awarded as Best CMFC.
Also, for the support units, the Regional Finance Service Office 3 was recognized as Best Regional Administration, and the Regional Intelligence Unit 3 as Best Regional Operation.
Included in the activity is the Special Award for Individual PNP Good Deeds which was received by PSSg Rouan Crisostomo.
The PRO 3 also conferred the Special Individual Recognition to Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital Chief Monserrat Chichioco.
With the theme “Matibay na ugnayan ng pulisya at Mamamayan, Tungo sa pagkakaisa, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran”, the celebration highlights the continuing partnership of the police and the community for sustained proficiency and excellence in law enforcement towards a stable peace and order in the region.
