SUBIC, Zambales – Twelve suspects were arrested in separate raids of two drug dens Sunday by joint operatives of PDEA Zambales, Subic police and units from the Zambales police office.
The first raid in Barangay Matain where seven were arrested yielded 12.55 grams of shabu with estimated street value of P81,575, assorted drug paraphernalia he arrest of seven drug suspects in the area.
Police identified those arrested as Felix D. Predas Jr., 43; Loida M. Predas, 35; Rico Mamaril, 40; Jhoan Diaz, 34; Renie Sapnu, 31; Nino Carias, 43; and Crisanto I. Padilla, 41, all residents of the said barangay.
The second drug den raided in Barangay Calapacuan resulted to the arrest of five suspects and the confiscation of 15 grams of shabu with estimated street value of P105,000, and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Those arrested were identified as Benjamin M. Cruz, 41; Elmer V. Bais, 35; Rex B. Soriano, 26; Emmanuel G. Reyes, 52; and Marvin M. Toralba, 21, all residents of Barangay Calapacuan.
The suspects face charges for violation of RA 9165.
